StateFag = GetCameraCls(CameraIndex)

Parameters:     CameraIndex = The Index Identifier of the Camera that you wish to read from

Returns:     StateFag = The current auto cls state of this camera (0 = off, 1 = on)

GetCameraCls returns the CameraCLS state of a camera.
